It is with a spirit of deep gratitude and reflection that I share the completion of a significant milestone in my professional and ministerial journey as a cross-cultural missionary: the achievement of a Master’s Degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence from ENEB – European Business School of Barcelona (Spain), with certification granted by Universidad Isabel I, in April 2025.

This academic journey, which spanned two years of intensive study, represented not only a pursuit of technical and ministerial excellence, but also a path of personal renewal.

During this time, I committed to a deeper exploration of themes at the intersection of data analysis, digital privacy, and strategic intelligence, with applications in the context of Christian mission agencies. My studies were shaped by a strong focus on real-world impact—particularly in the most socially and missionally sensitive environments, including remote regions of Latin America, where traditional and Indigenous communities continue to face long-standing structural challenges.

This accomplishment becomes even more meaningful when viewed against the backdrop of a sobering reality: less than 1% of Brazilians have the opportunity to complete a master’s degree. This statistic reflects significant structural barriers in Brazil’s educational landscape and deepens my sense of responsibility to apply this knowledge in ways that are relevant, ethical, and committed to the common good.

This formation has reaffirmed my conviction that technological innovation, when combined with human sensitivity, ethical responsibility, and the message of the Gospel, can be a powerful force for transformation. Throughout this process, I have placed my trust in the promise of Scripture:

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."

(Proverbs 16:3)

I express my sincere gratitude to my family, fellow missionaries, and all those who—whether openly or quietly—have supported me with words, prayers, and trust. May this accomplishment not be seen as a destination, but rather as a door opening to serve with even greater wisdom, balance, and purpose.

Soon, I will begin a new academic journey: a Master’s in Generative Artificial Intelligence. I kindly ask for your prayers as I embark on this new phase.
